架设服务器跑不出五国

大佬们求解，我用的华为云，版本是神迹3.1，pvf用的是客户端里的确定没加密。
这是报错内容：

希望大佬们有空能帮忙解答一下，谢谢！或者推荐一下别的比较适合小白的两到三个人的90、95版本，麻烦了！
